Terrible service, staff not interested in making a sale. Visited the store on Saturday 18/5/2019. Looked at several tile options as I am doing a renovation but was not approached or greeted by the staff. As I walked past the desk on my way out of the store I could see the two ladies were both totally focussed on a TAFE course on the computer screen, I may as well have been silent and invisible. Went across the road and placed my order there.

I had one of my very strange experience ever with the person on the other side of the phone whose name I dont remember. After initially looking keen about our project which is a school project he asked if it was a faith based school. Once answered yes he continued to ask which religion emphasizing that he studied in a christian school. Once informed that it was not a christian school he started making excuses and saying that he was not interested. Wow, how subtle was that. This is a construction company right. The religion is not one of the first questions you ask do you?
